General terms and conditions of business

For cancellations and rebookings, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. The price list contains the current and binding subscription costs. The course fee must be paid in advance, online or within 5 days of receiving the invoice. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. The term of the subscriptions is defined and binding. Subscriptions of 10 lessons are valid for 6 months; unused or partially used subscriptions expire after their expiry date. There is no entitlement to a refund. Exceptions can be made in the case of illness or accident. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Agreed appointments for private lessons are binding. If they are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the full amount must be paid.

 

Accident/Injuries/Liability​

 

Participants attend the course at their own risk. Pilates Place Basel accepts no liability for accidents or injuries during the lesson and is also not liable for damage to property or theft. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
